• Councillor Calvin Horner - Non Pecuniary Interest (NPI) - Councillor Horner declared a non-pecuniary interest in respect of Agenda Item 10 (Community Governance Review – Final Recommendations), on the grounds that he was a Member of Bishop’s Stortford Town Council, and representations had been made by the Town Council.
