• Councillor Eric Buckmaster - Non Pecuniary Interest (NPI) - Councillor E Buckmaster said that he was present solely in his capacity as a Member for Hunsdon ward which included the proposed development areas to represent the interests of the people living in those areas and the wider community. He said that he had not shared anything of what he was going to say with any Member of the Committee.
• Councillor Ruth Buckmaster - Non Pecuniary Interest (NPI) - Councillor R Buckmaster said that for the purposes of transparency, she needed to declare that her husband, Councillor E Buckmaster, would be addressing the Development Management Committee as a local ward Member. She said that this had no bearing on her role as a Member of the Committee and she had come to the meeting to determine the application with an open mind.
