• Councillor Angela Alder - Non Pecuniary Interest (NPI) - Although not a pecuniary interest, Councillor A Alder stated that in relation to agenda item 5 (Community Voluntary Service for East Herts 2018/19: Performance and Priorities for 2019/20) she was the Vice Chairman of the CVS.
