• Councillor Bob Deering - Non Pecuniary Interest (NPI) - Although not a pecuniary interest, Councillor R Deering explained that in relation to Agenda item 7 (Capital development of Hertford Theatre) his wife worked as a volunteer at Hertford Theatre.
• Councillor Daniel Abbott - Non Pecuniary Interest (NPI) - Although not a pecuniary interest, Councillor D Abbott explained that in relation to Agenda item 7 (Capital development of Hertford Theatre) he was a Trustee of Rhodes Theatre.
