• Councillor Mark Pope - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest (DPI) - Councillor M Pope declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in relation to the potential impact on landlords of any changes to Council Tax Discount Schemes. He left the Council Chamber during the discussion regarding proposed changes to Council Tax Discount schemes and was invited back into the Council Chamber to take part in the Council Tax Reduction Scheme discussion.
