Pay Policy Statement 2025/26
A pay policy statement is required to be
produced annually under Section 38 of the Localism Act 2011.
Guidance from the Secretary of State has been considered when
producing this statement.
Any decision under powers delegated in the council’s
Constitution with regard to remuneration from 1 April 2025 to 31
March 2026 will be bound by and must comply with this
statement.
This statement supports the requirements under the Local Government
Transparency Code to publish data on Senior Salaries and Pay
Multiple.
