Furneux Pelham Parish Council has been unable
to meet by the date of the Council Tax setrting meeting bny East
Hertfordshire District Council. After discussions with the Chairman
of the Parish Council the Head of Strategic Finance and Property,
as section 151 officer, has been requested to anticipate the
precept of the Parish Council in accordance with Authorities
(Anticipation of Precepts) Regulations 1992 (as amended) which
limits the amount to be anticipated at the highest of the last 3
years' precepts or zero.
