Employee Health and Wellbeing Report 2022-2023

The reports sets out sickness absence levels for the annual period with comparison to previous years and LG. The report looks at both short term and long term absence, reasons for absence, the support provided and the actions undertaken in 22/23 to support wellbeing and attendance and proposed actions for 23/24 for committee consider.
