That the following amounts are allocated as grant payments for town and village support:

£24,610 to Datchworth Parish Council to implement improvements to the Nutcroft Play Area as well as new fencing and outdoor table tennis equipment to Turkey Farm
£29,665 to Cottered and Throcking Parish Council for pathway repairs and towards the cost of refurbishing the sports pavilion
£14,177.50 to Watton-at-Stone Parish Council towards various improvements in the village, including new street furniture, planters and refurbishments to the Lammas common area
£75,543.25 to Hertfordshire County Council for improvements to Buntingford High Street, including replacing paving stones, installing 12 new planters and repainting and replacing bollards
£27,654.93 to Hertfordshire County Council to complete installation of VMS in Hertford town centre
£9,000 to the Bishop’s Stortford Business Improvement District for the provision of rangers in the town centre between January – March 2025
£30,000 to Bengeo Rural Parish Council for installation and improvements to play equipment at Tonwell

That the following amounts are made in contract awards for town and village support:

£6308 to Douglas Ltd for installation of 13 pieces of artwork in the Northgate End Car Park lobby areas
£9999 to FM Suckling Ltd for improvements to the Buntingford public toilets
£37,400 to Jeff Skidmore Agricultural Ltd for improvements to Castle Park pathway
£59,817.41 to Bakers of Danbury Ltd for the installation of a harness system at Waytemore Castle
£3,220 to Purcell Architecture Ltd for contract supervision services in regards to the harness at Waytemore Castle
£944 to Lime Centre Ltd for mortar testing in regards to Waytemore Castle

That up to £15,000 is allocated towards the provision of Markets Manager for Hertford and Ware, on a temporary contract until 31 March 2025, for town and village support.

That the following amounts are allocated in grants for business support:

£3,000 to Dzined, Stansted Abbots, as a new premises grant
£3,000 to the Classic Boutique, Bishop’s Stortford, as a new premises grant
£5,019.89 to Attend2Health Ltd, Buntingford, as a large business grant for provision of new equipment to diversify income
£17,049.29 to Made by Landmark Ltd, Hertford, for provision of new manufacturing equipment to increase productivity
