The Head of Strategic Finance and Property,
acting under powers conferred by The Local Government Finance Act
1992 (as amended) and The Billing Authorities (Anticipation of
Precepts) Regulations 1992 (as amended) and under delegated
authority under Paragraph 10.13.9 of Part 10 of the Council’s
Constitution, has decided to anticipate a precept of
£5,000.00 from Furneux Pelham Parish Council.
