The Head of Strategic Finance and Property,
acting under delegated authority contained in paragraph 10.13.16 of
Part 10 of the Council's Constitution, has decided to approve the
discharge via form DS1 of the £500 charge in relation to the
deed of easement at 10 Elizabeth Road, Bishop's Stortford.
