The Head of Strategic Finance and Property,
acting under authority delegated within section 10.13.16 of the
council’s Constitution, has decided to grant a lease to EE
Ltd for a right of way over a small strip of land at Warrenwood,
Stapleford, as obligated to do so under the Communications Act
2003.
