The Head of Strategic Finance and Property
acting under authority delegated within Part 3c, paragraph 13.15 of
the council’s Constitution has decided to grant a lease to EE
Ltd for a right of way over a small strip of land at Warrenwood,
Stapleford as obligated to do so under the Communications Act
2003.
