The Head of Strategic Finance & Property
Head of Strategic Finance and Property acting under authority
delegated within Section 10 paragraph 10.13.16 of the
council’s Constitution relating to the letting of property
has decided to grant a 10 year lease for land at Hartham Common,
Hertford for the teaching of cycling skills and other cycling
related recreational uses at a rent of £400 per annum to
Hertford Cycle Hub CIC.
