Issue - meetings

The Chairman reminded all participants to use their microphones when speaking as the meeting was being webcast.

The Chairman said that the meeting was the last of the Civic Year and extended his thanks to all Members and Officers for their hard work over the past four years.   

The Chairman announced that the Committee was not quorate, and that therefore the meeting would have to be adjourned until a date to be announced.
