The Head of Strategic Finance and Property,
acting under delegated authority contained in paragraph 10.13.16 of
the Council's Constitution has decided to grant a new 3 year lease
to the Four Rivers Coffee Company Ltd for the shop at 19 Birch
Green, Birch Green, Hertford.
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - To renew the lease
Option 2 - To reject the agreed terms and refer the matter to court
which would likely incur significant costs and may result in less
favourable terms for the Council
