Purpose:

A Deed of Easement has previously been issued to the owner of 143 North Road, Hertford permitting access rights over the adjacent access road owned by EHC. The Deed includes any successors in title but also requires any new owner to enter into a direct Deed of Covenant with EHC.

Decision:

The Head of Strategic Finance and Property, acting under authority delegated by Paragraph 10.13.16 of Part 10 of the Council's Constitution, has decided to enter into a Deed of Covenant with new owners of 143 North Road, Hertford as required under the existing Deed of Easement.
