The current tenant has requested consent to
assign the lease. Under the terms of the lease the landlord may not
unreasonably withhold or delay consent. The proposed assignee has
provided satisfactory references and accounts therefore there is no
justifiable reason to withhold consent.
The Head of Strategic Finance and Property,
acting under delegated authority in Paragraph 10.13.16 of the
Council's Constitution, has decided to permit an assignment of the
lease of 17 Crouchfield, Bengeo.
