Purpose:

The 2 plots of land contain balancing ponds created within a housing estate under an official SuDs scheme.
The transfer of 2 plots of land were from Hubert Leach Ltd who went into liquidation and was signed by the liquidators along with payment made to EHDC in 2018 of a commuted sum of £35,190 to cover future SuDs and grounds maintenance.
The transfer was intended to be signed and completed by EHDC which for reasons unknown did not occur at that time.
