10. To consider Motions on Notice. (A) East of England Regional Assembly 'This Council calls on the government to abolish the East of England Regional Assembly together with the Regional Housing Panel and the Regional Planning Panel, all of which have no accountability, no mandate and no legitimacy. We call on this government to hand power back to democratically-elected local councils who are best-placed to understand, and serve, local need.'
