2 petitions have been received from Peter Rawlings on behalf of Hertford Town Centre Management Board as follows:

(A) Pay on return system (428 signatures)

We the undersigned request that East Herts District Council introduce a Pay on Return system in Hertford town centre car parks. This means that you pay when you return to the car park.

(B) On-street parking (426 signatures)

We the undersigned request that East Herts District Council that 'on-street parking' remains free.

5. To receive any public questions.

6. To receive any Members' questions.

7 To receive a portfolio presentation by the Executive Director for Finance and Economy.

11. Exclusion of Press and Public

To move that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the discussion of item 12 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the said Act of the following description:

1. "Information relating to a particular employee, former employee or applicant to become an employee of, or a particular office?holder, former office?holder or applicant to become an office?holder under, the authority".

12. To receive a report of the Chairman of the Human Resources Sub-Committee on the deliberation/recommendation of that Sub-Committee on, 'Restructuring the Senior Management Team' (to follow).
