 1. To approve as a correct record and authorise the Chairman to sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 20 September 2006 [33kb].

2. Appointment of Vice-Chairman of the Authority for the remainder of the civic year.

4. To receive any Members' declarations of interest.

5. To receive any petitions.

(A) Anti-Social behaviour

A petition comprising 32 signatures has been submitted by Mr Thurley of Bishop's Stortford on behalf of local residents as follows:

"This is a petition to force "somebody" to take responsibility for the youths on our streets, eg, Council, Police, Housing Association and a possibility of a curfew being put into operation, so we can walk our streets without fear of gangs of youths."

8. To receive a report from the Leader of the Council, and where necessary, approve the Minutes of the Executive meeting held on 24 October 2006
