The tenant has requested consent to extend
their building. Under the terms of the lease the landlord may not
unreasonably withhold consent for alterations. We do not see any
reason to object to the tenant’s request.

decided to give consent by way of a Licence to Alter to the tenant
to extend the existing building.

been agreed with the existing tenant to grant a new lease which
will maintain rental income until property is required for
redevelopment.
