The Head of Strategic Finance & Property
acting under Part 3C, paragraphs 8 and 8.3 and Part 4G - Financial
Procedure Rules Scheme of Financial Delegations of the
Constitution, has decided to approve the exercise of the option to
extend the parking enforcement contract between APCOA Parking UK
Limited and East Herts District Council by a further 2 years to end
in January 2026.
