Head of Strategic Finance and Property acting
under authority delegated within Part 3c, paragraph 13.15 of the
council’s Constitution ‘has decided to: approve the
grant of a new 3 year lease to Alcohols on the terms outlined in
the attached report and to approve the payment of the statutory
compensation of £122,000 plus any additional compensation as
detailed in the report that becomes payable when the new lease is
terminated by the Council.
