• Councillor Ruth Buckmaster - Non Pecuniary Interest (NPI) - Councillor R Buckmaster said that for the purposes of transparency, she needed to declare that her husband, Councillor E Buckmaster, would be addressing the Development Management Committee as a local ward Member. She said that this had no bearing on her role as a Member of the Committee and she had come to the meeting to determine the application with an open mind.
