To move that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the discussion of item 5 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the said Act of the following description:

3. Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).

That the offer price to purchase the site be increased by £50,000 and authority be delegated to the (Acting) Chief Executive/Director of Neighbourhood Services to negotiate and agree the form of contract and completion of the purchase.
