sell the property now that the liability to the council has been
paid
Steven Linnett Head of Strategic Finance and
Property acting under authority delegated within Part 3c, paragraph
13.9 of the Council’s Constitution “To administer and
manage the councils’s collection fund” has decided to
authorise the removal of the charge on the property, there being no
Council Tax liability outstanding.
N/A as there is no legal basis to maintain the
charge and refusing to remove it would make the council liable for
compensation and damages.
